NCAC Summer Camp

NCAC Summer School

The annual NCAC summer camp program is here again!
This program is for kids ages 7 years to 12 years, it will run from July 8 to August 23

Time: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm daily
Venue: Nigerian House 319, 3132-26th Street NE Calgary, Ab T1Y 6Z1

Kids will be engaged in fun and educative activities like: art and craft, maths and language skills, games, music and dance classes, public speaking coaching, journal reflection, personal development sessions etc.
The NCAC Summer Camp team engages the children throughout the summer by organising field trips to the TELUS Spark Science Centre , Royal Tyrell Museum in Drumheller, Calgary Zoo etc. They also teach the children valuable life skills

2019 NCAC Summer Camp Jobs

The Nigeria-Canadian Association of Calgary, in partnership with the Government of Canada, through the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) initiatives, will be employing this summer to supervise kids for the NCAC Summer Camp Program.

The following positions are advertised:

  1. Child Minder – 10 spots

  2. Home work assistant – 7 spots

  3. Food Counter Attendant – 2 spots

Candidates within the age bracket 15 to 30 years can apply. Please note that this is a Government of Canada sponsored initiative, so it is open to the public.
